Oxford Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio
Oxford Township is one of the twenty-two townships of Tuscarawas County, Ohio, United States. Located in the southwestern corner of the county, it borders the following townships:
*Salem Township - north
*Washington Township - east

*Adams Township, Coshocton County - northwest corner
The village of Newcomerstown is located in northern Oxford Township.
